This range speaks to the wide artistic and historical net he has cast in exploring what it means to belong to a place, especially in the racially charged America of today. Mr. Wilson’s dynamite dancers work out these questions in a series of urgent interlocking solos against large video projections that add layers to the sense of confusion and turmoil.’
